Is the indispensable credit card all that it is purported to be? Sure it is a convenient tool in the exchange of goods and services and economy driver. On the other hand, it can cause a spiral in indebtedness – if you don’t watch your “charge it” habit.
It all depends on how you use a credit card. Buying or paying with cash is passé. Went the way of the dinosaur – EXTINCT! Convenience and security are a credit card’s hard sell! Small wonder there are more credit card users now all over the world than at any point in history! Amazing!
What’s not amusing is getting credit card approval. You need to go through the wringer of a credit check. Sure pain in the neck! No credit history, no credit card – seems to be the rule! Bad news for those just starting out in business or employment, or, with bad credit.
Sure there are operators offering “NO bad credit disapproval” come ons. It’s a trap! You’ll get the after-shock in the steep interest charges you have to dip into your pocket rip-off to maintain one.
Don’t despair! There is an alternative readily available.
Heard of prepaid Visa? It works just like a credit card. Psst! actually, it is a prepaid debit card which you use just like a credit card. How’s that again! Look, with a prepaid Visa card you can purchase goods and services, pay bills, withdraw cash – with the same ease and convenience of a credit card.
Wanted to know the edge of Prepaid Card over Credit Card?
Here they are:
1. Getting a Prepaid Card is so easy, it’s ridiculous! You only need to open an account.
2. Purchases or cash withdrawal (thru ATM) are directly debited from your account – the reason the Prepaid Card do not report to major credit reporting agencies.
3. Take note that since Prepaid Card is not a credit card, you cannot spend more than the balance you have deposited. Look at it as a buil-in “control mechanism” against getting into debt. Aha! Good for the pocket, right?
Creditscorequick.com has a portfolio of Prepaid Cards for your study and/or use. Access Creditscorequick.com and process all info – both pros and cons to make an intelligent decision.
Prepaid Card looks like a winner to me catering to a niche market. Reason enough why you can’t afford to let it pass you up, right?

Paradise on earth? Is there such a place?
Goa, situated in the western coastal belt of India, presents itself as closest to being one. To the critical eye, how does Goa measure up?
The Webster dictionary defines paradise as a place of extreme beauty and happiness. Goa indeed has the scenery that is out of the ordinary. The magnificence of its natural splendor - the blue waters of the Arabian Sea lapping on fabled shores, with the lush greenery of the of the Sahyadri mountain range serving as backdrop to the famous beaches - is really awe inspiring and never fail to send goose bumps to onlookers, one and all.
Another must see attraction are the ancient temples whose Indian architectural style depicts an era of outstanding creativity, artistry and craftsmanship dating back to the eighteenth century or beyond. You get transported back to the olden times when everything was done by hands - using tools crude by modern standards. You can't help whistle in admiration, awe and respect for the works of wonder the ancients turned out despite the seeming handicap.
The aura won't be complete without the people. Peaceful and friendly, ever welcoming friends and strangers alike, polite and mutually respectful of each other - traits that send good vibes and endearing to the new arrivals.
A flea market on a beach resort? Only in Goa India! Stalls that sells a huge selection of Indian artifacts, Indian jewelries, souvenirs, books and others - seem odd to some but add surprise even adventure and mystic to others - deemed added bonus that sits well with visitors.
Your Goa vacation isn't complete without partaking of Indian food? While first timers may find the food strange - too spicy of a different kind for most - but an exotic culinary experience worth trying nonetheless. If seafood is your predilection, you're in heaven in Goa. Its rivers and the sea yield a bountiful harvest of succulent fishes, lobsters, mollusks and other marine resources that will spike your food choice.
The blending of natural scenic beauty, history, culture, exotic food and amiable people complete the package that made Goa the popular tourist destination that it is today. Good enough to merit the coveted honor of being called a "paradise on earth"? I think Goa has earned it...

Like a woman, a home occasionally needs a make-over to transform that "stodgy, blah" feeling and glam mood into cheery "oohs and ahs" that uplifts the spirit. No need to do an expensive renovation of the whole house. Just a dollop of new paint in your favorite room, a change-over of upholstery fabric, or a warmer more inviting color for the draperies - sometimes is all that's needed !
Take lamps for example! You wouldn't think that making the simple step of replacing that crusty, turn -of-the-century table lamp, installing track lighting, or adding a table lamp, floor lamp or hanging lamp - of course in addition to the compliments you'll get from admiring friends and guests who'll notice the new spiffy attraction, can do wonders to your psyche! Brightening up an area has the positive effect of re-lighting and lifting up your perception and outlook too!
When it comes to lamps, one bright spot is Shopwiki.com which has taken the shopping for lamps experience one step higher. Where the usual shopping site limits shows to only of placement-paid members, Shopwiki took the forward-looking step of trailblazing and showing just about all lamp stores wanting to sell their wares on the web. Neat!
At Shopwiki.com, you'll likely find what you are looking for. Shopwiki offers a wide variety of lamps from modern to traditional, Tiffany to reading/task lamps, track lighting, LED lights to even "healing-aid" lamps. Smart shoppers are welcome to comparison-shop for styles, prices, warranties and the whole gamut of services: from ordering to shipping, return and complaint handling. Everything is done online - easy, fast, reliable, complete! Advantage Shopwiki!

Lately, I have a very bad sleeping habits. I don't go to bed on schedule, and I don't feel like sleeping... So, I googled some great tips to improve my sleeping problem. Here's what I found in LifeHack.org.
1. Get Up Earlier
That’s right, you slacker: if you want to get to bed earlier and easier, set your alarm for 5am and haul yourself out of bed the second you hear it go off.
The catch is that for this to work, you’ve got to muster all the self-discipline you’ve got and not only get up as soon as that alarm goes off, but get up as soon as that alarm goes off every single morning. No matter what. Even if you only had an hour of sleep the night before.
Try going for four or five days on two hours of sleep and then try to tell me you haven’t felt sleepy and ready for bed earlier than usual. This is the best way to reset your sleep schedule.
But boy, does it require some self-discipline—more than some people have got.
